In simple words, onboarding is a process to ensure that employees not only start working for the organization on the right foot but also remain engaged throughout their complete tenure.

Studies have shown that organizations that don’t have a proper onboarding process in place not only bear higher employee turnover rates but also hire mediocre employees with low or little productivity.
